OPERATIONAL DRAFT · COUNSEL REVIEW PENDINGKnow the rules.
Know the risk.
These disclosures explain how the current service operates. They are not presented as attorney-approved terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad public launch.
01Terms of use
MMMTokens provides software that helps users create and interact with permissionless Solana token markets. Users control their wallets and approve every on-chain transaction. Transactions are irreversible, network availability is outside MMMTokens’ control, and the service may pause interfaces or listings to protect users or infrastructure.
02Risk disclosure
Crypto tokens can lose all value. Bonding curves, graduation, social activity, charts, holder counts, third-party routing, and external listings do not guarantee liquidity or profit. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, indexers, and third-party DEXs can fail or be exploited. Never spend funds you cannot afford to lose.
03Creator agreement
Creators must own or have permission to publish submitted names, symbols, descriptions, images, and links. Impersonation, stolen media, deceptive claims, sanctions evasion, unlawful financial promotion, malware, spam, and illegal content are prohibited. MMMTokens may hide a market from its interface, but cannot reverse an on-chain mint.
04Privacy
The service processes public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, market metadata, abuse reports, security logs, and basic request data needed for rate limiting and operations. It never asks for seed phrases or private keys. Wallet providers and linked third-party services apply their own privacy policies.
05Fees and third parties
Creation, trading, network, migration, routing, and third-party fees are shown where available and can change with network or protocol conditions. Meteora, Solana, Dexscreener, Jupiter, Raydium, wallet providers, and other linked services are independent third parties.
